The hotel is in the main road close to the junction, so right in the middle of town very close to all amenities and the beach. Marlis, the Austrian owner and her family are incredibly welcoming and nice. They did everything in their hand to make my stay better and they helped me out in everything. The room is spacious, the AC works well and it's all clean and nice. It's also fairly quiet for being in such a busy spot of town.

We had stopped here for lunch during are road trip from Candolimi to zaffarpur. Restaurant was nice and were surprised to find a such place. Washrooms were clean. Food was good too. Good parking space available as well as "I Love goa".

All the facilities are excellent. And also all the members are so polite with the guest. And food is also very well. And also hotel is very nearer to the city. Simply said the RPJ is superb hotel.....

Even though it was off season, the prop was well maintained. Located on the main road, it’s very centrally located.
